Recruiter

Job Position: Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition 

Salary Up To RM5000

Location: Puchong, IOI Boulevard

Job Descriptions:

• Short listing the profiles & arranging for their interviews
• Telephonically or personally interviewing the candidates, conduct interviews and share reports
• Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.
• Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience specializing in recruitment or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelors Degree/Professional Qualifications in any field or equivalent
• Good network or contacts.
• Support in HR administrative jobs
• Support on employees Training and development program
• Facilitate the onboarding process, prepare offer letters for new hires, and manage employees personal data entry tasks
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
