Job Position: Talent Acquisition Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Salary Up To RM7700

Job Descriptions:
- Perform full cycle recruitment activities, including building talent pipeline
- Timely tracking of headcount movement including offshore and outsourced headcount
- Liaise and co-ordinate with hiring managers for hiring needs
- Manage and post job advertisement; ensure documentation compliance on hiring prerequisite
- Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiation and candidates management
- Prepare salary proposals, offer letters for new hires,
- Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires
- Conduct induction and orientation for new hires and exit interviews for resignees
- Create and maintain accurate new hire records in HR system
- Responsible and involve in employee engagement activities
- Update and prepare monthly and quarterly manpower financial reports
- Work with Finance on manpower budget and forecast
- Organise and participate in external job fairs and internships
- Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students
- Support audits (internal and external)
- Verify invoices for services engaged
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
- To perform any other duties as appointed by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills and able to propose recommendations for business decisions
- Meticulous, resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Words
- Excellent command of Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia
