Our client develops, produces and installs beer tank systems that lead to optimal results for beer brewers across Australia. 

In this role, you'll be working with a supportive and professional operations team, engaging with high-profile venues and respected industry clients. The position offers comprehensive training provided in SOPs, OHS&E, and customer service standards. You'll be part of a well-organised, safety-first work environment where your contribution makes a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver beer to venues safely, on time and in full

• Operate and maintain delivery truck and related equipment

• Fill venues using safe and approved procedures

• Adhere to cleaning, hygiene and food safety standards

• Follow DIFOT principles (Delivery In Full On Time)

• Maintain accurate inventory and manage stock using FIFO

• Assist with OHS&E compliance and safety documentation

• Complete daily logs, checklists and paperwork via internal systems

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and venue contacts

• Deliver training in SOPs, safety, and operational policies as required

• Support other duties across VIC and interstate as needed

Skills:

• HR truck licence with a clean driving record

• Experience in logistics, delivery or transport preferred

• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and customer service

• Ability to follow SOPs and complete admin accurately

• Flexibility to travel and support other sites when required

• Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude
