We are seeking a proactive and motivated Landscape Site Supervisor/Tradesman to join our high-calibre team. You will play a key role in delivering innovative landscape projects from concept to completion.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape projects, ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish
• Execute both soft and hard landscaping tasks with precision and skill
• Maintain strong communication with clients, upholding our commitment to exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety requirements on all job sites
• Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site, ensuring projects meet client expectations

 
Skills & Experience:

• Cert 3 in Horticulture or similar qualification
• Proven ability in both soft and hard landscaping
• Current manual driver’s license and Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening;
• Must have own safety boots (uniform provided)
• Sound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
• Punctual, well-presented and respectful
• A creative problem-solver who enjoys a challenge
