They're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support one of their Tax & Business Services Accounting Teams. If you love keeping things running smoothly, enjoy a fast-paced role, and want to be part of a team that values you, this could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing databases and handling Tax Office & ASIC lodgements
  • Preparing and lodging ASIC documents using corporate registry software
  • Lodging income tax returns and monitoring Work In Progress (WIP) reports
  • Coordinating team meetings, workflow, and professional development training
  • Liaising with clients & ATO, taking calls, and preparing correspondence
  • Handling client invoicing and providing accounts support
  • Keeping files, reports, and documents organised (electronic filing & scanning)
  • Assisting with reception duties when needed

Skills:

  • Experience in an accounting or professional office environment
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of AE and/or AO software is a plus
