Our client, a leading supplier of welding equipment, consumables, safety gear, abrasives, and more, is looking for an Internal Sales/Customer Service Person to join their Rockhampton team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and the sales team operates at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales reps to nurture leads and track opportunities
• Manage quotes, proposals, order entry, and process tracking
• Resolve client inquiries with a solution-focused approach
• Maintain CRM records and generate reports to support sales strategies

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales support, inside sales, or a similar role
• Ideally, knowledge of welding or industrial equipment sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
