They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead (Despatch). In this role, you will oversee and support a designated team, ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods while driving operational efficiency and excellent customer outcomes. You'll play a key role in fostering high efficiency, accuracy, and positive results within your team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure a productive and positive team culture
• Monitor and maintain team workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and guide your team in day-to-day operations, emphasizing performance management and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Oversee the safe and effective use of material handling equipment, including forklifts
• Participate in ongoing improvement projects
• Support health and safety initiatives through training and active management participation

Skills:

• At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven expertise in warehouse systems, including ERP and WMS tools like SAP, and experience with RF scanning
• A forklift license and familiarity with material handling equipment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on high-performance distribution
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment
