Our is a leading Aged Care Service provider committed to empowering seniors through culturally sensitive, high-quality in-home aged care services. Serving the Sydney metropolitan area, they pride themselves on fostering equity, care, and accessibility for all, regardless of background.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Quality & Education Officer to lead initiatives in quality assurance and staff education. In this 12-month fixed-term role, with potential for permanency, you'll drive continuous improvement, empower our care team, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance activities to maintain compliance with aged care standards.
• Design and deliver training programs to upskill and empower staff.
• Craft and review policies aligned with best practices and regulatory changes.
• Conduct audits to evaluate and enhance service delivery.
•  Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to champion quality and learning.
• Provide expert guidance to inspire innovation and excellence in quality management.

Skills:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia, with aged care experience preferred
• Strong experience in quality management and staff education, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance, and accreditation processes.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding client care.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable).
