They're seeking a motivated Senior Accountant  who can bring experience and wisdom to manage and nurture a loyal client portfolio.
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of client relationships within your portfolio
• Manage compliance requirements with the support of a dedicated CPA assistant based in the Philippines
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
• Conduct annual tax planning and deploy reporting and forecasting via Fathom
• Identify and introduce additional services to clients in collaboration with the team
• Review work and mentor junior staff members
• Conduct regular client meetings both in-office and over Teams

 
Skills and Qualifications:

• CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a practice environment
• Strong proficiency in the Xero ecosystem
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact
• Curiosity and proactive approach to developing client solutions
• Experience in supervising junior staff (desirable but not essential)
