They are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and innovation in Vietnam. This high-profile position offers the opportunity to lead a well-established operation while aligning teams with global corporate goals.

What Were Looking For:

We are searching for an exceptional operational leader with:

• Proven expertise in Vietnam's business culture and operational dynamics

• Strong leadership credentials, including a track record of managing and motivating teams to exceed targets

• Hands-on operational improvement skills, driving efficiency and linking improvements to measurable business performance

• Cross-border collaboration experience, particularly in coordinating with remote corporate leadership

• Preferably, expertise in wood furniture manufacturing

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders

• Advanced proficiency in business and management software tools

• A willingness to travel frequently (Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Nam, with some international travel)

Your Responsibilities:

As COO, you will oversee and optimize operations in Vietnam, driving efficiency, innovation, and seamless alignment with corporate strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies

• Designing and executing cost control measures and managing operational budgets

• Regularly communicating with corporate leadership on financial and operational performance

• Overseeing production processes to ensure timely and quality order fulfillment

• Building and mentoring a high-performing, well-trained workforce across all departments

• Establishing and enforcing robust management systems across factory operations

• Managing factory contracts and developing strategies for product innovation and production efficiency

• Driving long-term strategic planning and executing growth initiatives in Vietnam
