We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to manage a high volume of accounts receivable and billing functions promptly and accurately. Job Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Research and resolve customer billing issues
  • Follow up on past due accounts and ensure timely payment
  • Prepare monthly billing statements and other reports as needed
  • Review and approve customer credit applications
  • Maintain customer information in the accounts receivable system
  • Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of accounts receivable/billing experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Office Office and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
