Accounts Receivable -Cash Application Specialist

MUST LIVE IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA

We are looking to hire a Full-Tiime Accounts Receivable/Cash Application Specialist to join our team.

This is a hybrid role with three days working in the office and two days working from home. We are looking for someone confident, who knows how to multitask, and who is detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience in third-party billing, cash applications, and handling a large, high-volume Accounts Receivable portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage a high-volume AR portfolio.
• Responsible for third-party billing and reviewing and processing cash applications
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve issues delaying payments.
• Research, collect, and analyze gathered information to identify any errors that require corrections to payments that could result in possible resolution alternatives.
• Close out unpaid account balances and post to paid accounts.
• Work on aging reports 30, 60, and 90.

Qualifications

• At least two years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience working with high-volume third-party billing and cash applications
• MUST know Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly
• Strong attention to detail, especially in the reconciliation of invoices
