Procurement Manager, Center of Excellence

Our Client is looking for a highly analytical Procurement Manager that thrives with handling complex negations. This high-impact role will drive digital transformation, optimize supply chain, and ensure supplier compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Procurement Transformation: Implement industry best practices, leverage Dynamics 365 F&O, and build a robust governance framework.
• Drive Efficiency & Savings: Analyze data, identify cost reduction opportunities, and optimize supply chain operations.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
• Champion System Adoption: Train and support users in utilizing Dynamics 365 F&O effectively.
• Lead Complex Negotiations: Successfully navigate and negotiate complex contracts with suppliers.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and a strong understanding of procurement principles.
• 3-5+ years of procurement leadership experience with a track record of success.
• Highly analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand changes in spend data and material costs.
• Experienced with highly complex negotiations and contract management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and the ability to drive change and motivate teams.
