Responsibilities

Manages and provides leadership in quality assurance, project quality management system, and quality control.
Establish, maintain, and implement the quality management system in project(s) in conjunction with organizational procedures to ensure compliance with ISO, client specific requirements and all regulatory requirements.
Liaise with client representative and project team to establish and implement strategic initiatives to achieve short- and long-term quality improvement objectives.
Effectively prepare and manage internal / external audits; drive timely and effective and appropriate corrective/preventive action to all findings.
Maintains and strengthens the site quality culture by ensuring members of project team aware of quality objectives, understand their impact on quality, and are trained on quality concepts.

Requirements
Degree in relevant discipline.
At least 10 years' working experience in QA/QC for civil and building projects.
Experience in setting up of initial project documentation management system, project quality manual and project operating procedures, etc for various projects.
Able to supervise and lead the QA / QC team for handling all QA / QC related issues
