Responsibilities:
1.       Operations
Manage all technical infrastructures, services, users computing and local user support. 
Servers management: administration, setup, change management. 
Qualify and manage local needs in coordination with Regional/Central policy.
Services provider and outsourced services management.
Provide reporting and KPI on services.
Maintain all technical documentation: processes, configuration, network diagram.
Install or assist with the installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and scanners.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity problems.
Prep end-user computers and apply pre-built images.
Assist with evaluation of new equipment.
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, initiate automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale.
Maintain accurate system inventory, documentation, storage, and security of equipment; obtain estimates for parts as required.
Manage daily retail operation support with rotation stand-by on retail hours inclusive weekend & public holiday

2.       Governance
Manage local licenses and legal requirement.
Apply best practices on ITIL processes.
Adhere to applicable policies and procedures.

3.       Project Management
Management of local technical projects.
Support Regional/ Central project rollout.
Provide project management knowledge and guidance.

 4.       Disaster Recovery
Ensuring and Maintaining daily backup are properly taken and sent to off-site.
Performed yearly Disaster recovery exercise.
Identify the IT equipment needed for Disaster Recovery.

Requirements:
Possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in relevant fields
CCNA certificate preferred
Rotation stand-by on retail hours inclusive weekend & public holiday
At least 2 years experience operating in MNC
Strong knowledge and experience of technologies such as domains, group policies, effective permissions, DNS, Registries, DHCP, WINS, firewalls (Palo Alto), ICP, proxy servers and other network devices 
Supporting local, regional and global projects 
Managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Servers and Virtual Infrastructure with a strong focus on the virtual servers and virtual application environment
Experience with Cisco VoIP systems (Call Manager, Contact Center, and Unity Connection)
Familiar with configuring and installing Windows Servers and workstations
Strong knowledge on Network and ever done a complete SLDC network design for company
Cisco and Palo Alto products experience is a plus
Must be flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization
Exposure to project work is desirable
