About the job Human Resource Executive
Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of HR functions and provide administration support.
Handle payroll processing activities and generate monthly payroll and HR reports.
Maintain accurate HR database and update employees' records.
Handle MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matters.
Prepare all employment-related documents.
Liaise with relevant authorities on foreign workers related matters.
Assist in all government agencies submission and relevant surveys.
Submit workplace accident to MOM and handle worker's insurance claim.
Arrange worker's accommodation and update accommodation address in MOM OFWAS.
Source and register courses, update and maintain accurate training records.
Handle employeesâ disciplinary issues and grievances.
Provide advice and guidance to managers on operational HR issues.
Prepare and fill IR8A and IR21.
Assist in co-ordination of staff engagement activities and company events.
Handle expense claims for employees.
Submit grants/claims to government authorities. (e.g. Levy waiver)
Procure and maintain of uniforms, office supplies and other miscellaneous items.
Assist in basic office tasks such as to greet visitors and provide assistance, answer and direct phone calls.
Provide assistance to finance team, operations and safety department when required.
Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant certifications.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the construction environment.
Must be familiar with WPOL and EPOL.
Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR Policies and best practices.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communication effectively with all levels of staff.
Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills.
Responsible individual who can work with minimum supervision.
