- Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
- Resolve drawings discrepancy
- Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
- Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- To assist Project Manager to develop project requirements and specifications
- To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site
- Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works
- To liaise with RTO for inspection
- Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications
- Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
- Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations
- Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress
- Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works
- Prepare / coordinate on method statement, drawings, materials, samples, work progress and other relevant documents for M&E related works
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural ID, Architectural and client provision
