Responsibilities:
Answer customer telephone service need and complaints professionally and respond where applicable.
Preparation of quotations, data entries
Provides administrative and operations support for the service team
Follow up and co-ordination with customers on work schedule
Ad-hoc basis job assign by the Management

Requirements:
Candidate must at least possess a GCE N Level/ITE Certificate in office skills or equivalent
Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office applications
At least 2 years of working experience in customer service preferable in manufacturing
Able to communicate, well organized, and meticulous
Pleasant personality and positive thinking
