About the job Site Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- To do planning and manage the project to meet contract period
- coordinate and arrange the works on site with all relevant sub-contractor, supplier and workers based on site requirments and site progression
- Attend weekly site meeting with sub-contractor and supplier for smooth the execution of works and make sure sub-contractor and supplier complete theirs works and tasks on time and as per agreed.
- Compile all relevant documents with site daily report, weekly report; all relevant application form submitted to Client & Consultant, inspection form, hand over form, delivery order, material requisition form and all relevant documents related to project including project drawings.
- Check all Delivery Order related to project with confirm the materials is in order.
- Attend inspection and handover with RTO, consultant, relevant parties and client.
- In-Charges of Defect Works with rectified all defect within timeline and controlled budget.
- Any other works and task deem necessary
Requirements
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Building recognized by PE Board in Singapore
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction industry
- Good track record of projects completion
