Responsibilities
• Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate the project’s performance. Perform analysis and work with relevant parties to rectify it.
• Mentor and develop on-site partner construction QA/QC team
• Develop and enforce robust QA/QC processes and standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide leadership to the quality team, and interface between design, construction and facility operations leadership as well as the general contractor
• Provide training to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process.
• Audit QA/QC activities of staff and subcontractors to assess conformance with the QA/QC procedures
• Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
• Develop, review and approve commissioning documentation such as Construction Quality Procedures (CPQs) and checklists, technical deliverables and test procedures and plans
• Recommend and verify corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues
• Provide an onsite visual inspection and/or observation for construction quality control

Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing corporate QA/QC, preferable in main con
• Possess bachelor in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management and/ or equivalent
• Strong leadership and able to lead the QA/QC team
• Able to coordinate with all project site managements in quality issues
