About the job Project Engineer
Responsibilities
Assist the Project manager/team lead on site work, supervise and monitor the progress of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operational staff to meet the project schedules
Carry out site audit on sub-contractors' workmanship and deliverables quality on site to ensure smooth handover of site to end customers
Adhere to site procedures and safe work practices
Conduct site co-ordination with sub-contractors and other external parties
Conduct site survey, collect data, trouble shooting and/or perform test per set procedures
Conduct project progress meetings, as well as reviewing schedules
Prepare technical proposal and as-built documents
Requirements
Engineering certificate/diploma/degree or equivalent
Good knowledge in cellular technology (4G, 3G, etc) DAS solutions, site solution (BTS, OAR, TMA) and active solution (Optical repeaters/boosters). Knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical (CME) works, cabling practices is an advantageous
Able to do multi-tasking and be independent in a fast pace environment
Able to manage project operations with minimum supervision
Customer oriented with good communications skills
Basic project management skillset
