M&E Coordinator
About the job M&E Coordinator

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in M&E
- With formal Qualification in Auto CAD, Revit MEP Course
- Min 2-3 years of relevant site experience in Residential and commercial project
Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager
- In charge of all M&E matters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift
- Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress report
- Site inspections to ensure M & E works are in accordance to requirements
- Prepare and produce all drawings and detail design documents by using BIM Modelling, Auto Cad and Revit
- Able to work independently, self-motivated.
- Other duties as assigned
