Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Min 8 years of working experience

Experienced in HDB / Condominium / Private residential (bengalows and semi-detached / commercial / roadwork projects

Overseeing and directing construction project to completion stage (end-to-end stage)

Contribute to Project Planning, Design and technical specifications for tenders

Involvement in the preparation of tender documents for the bidding of projects.

Attend to relevant meeting sessions with owner / clients / contractors

Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors

Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory

Meet contractual conditions of performance

Review the work progress and prepare internal and external reports

Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Work together with other engineering disciplines in determination and preparation of feasibility study and design

Ensure site work is as per scheduled and according to local safety rules / regulations
