About the job Project Coordinator (Construction)

General:
- Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved Drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date.
- budgeted control and site progress reports on daily basis.
- Attend kick-off meeting, site meeting, site walk and brief by clients, officers & etc.
- Plan and discuss with Main-contractors and clients on project execution including implementation.
- Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers and vendors to ensure proper work execution.
- Oversee and handle plan purchases, application and liaise with relevant authority
- Oversee arrangement of materials to deliver to site
- To ensure proper handover of project to client
Requirements:
- Prior experience as supervisor/Coordinator in construction Industry
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
- Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety
- SMO Cert and Class 3 Driving license required
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Leadership, Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence till handover.
- Knowledge on construction tools, machinery and equipment and simple maintanence
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Able to lead Project Supervisor and team of workers as well as manage client needs and timeline
- Provide solutions to onsite issues and complications
- Able to provide progress reports, operations report and forecasting plan reports and work together with Project manager
