General:

  • Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved Drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date.
  • budgeted control and site progress reports on daily basis.
  • Attend kick-off meeting, site meeting, site walk and brief by clients, officers & etc.
  • Plan and discuss with Main-contractors and clients on project execution including implementation.
  • Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers and vendors to ensure proper work execution.
  • Oversee and handle plan purchases, application and liaise with relevant authority
  • Oversee arrangement of materials to deliver to site
  • To ensure proper handover of project to client

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as supervisor/Coordinator in construction Industry
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
  • Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety
  • SMO Cert and Class 3 Driving license required
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Leadership, Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence till handover.
  • Knowledge on construction tools, machinery and equipment and simple maintanence
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Able to lead Project Supervisor and team of workers as well as manage client needs and timeline
  • Provide solutions to onsite issues and complications
  • Able to provide progress reports, operations report and forecasting plan reports and work together with Project manager
