About the job Admin Assistant

Responsibilities: 

Assist & support sales and administration. Reply customer quotation. 

Handle faxes/ letters/ enquiries internally & externally. assist on the general account matters; AR & AP. Other task that assign by the management.

Requirement: 

At least 1 year sales admin experience. Prior experience in administrative work will be an added advantage. 

A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure. Require to work on alternate Saturday. 

Able to start work immediately.
