About the job Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
Perform sales and adminstrative tasks
Handle quotations, order processing, tracking and fulfilment of orders
Answering of telephone calls and handle purchase enquiries
Provide general support for walk-in customers
Understand sales contracts and purchase orders
Maintain a filing system of documents
Have good rapport with customer and sales team
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least "O" level / "A" level / Diploma
At least 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position
Experience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plus
IT competent - Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of office management systems and sales procedures
Academic background in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills;Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
Able to set piority and have good time management
Able to work well in a team as well as independently
Able to start immediately
