HR & Administrative Executive
About the job HR & Administrative Executive
Responsibilities
Provide day to day support in HR administration function
Handle work pass matters (application, renewal, cancellation)
Handle preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment verification letter and etc.
Provide general administration and support to the project team.
Sourcing for suppliers' quotation, preparation of purchase order, follow up on delivery, preparation of suppliers' list, catalogue, and etc for submission.
Assist in project documentation filing management.
Work closely with the project team on site documentation.
Support the accounts department and ensure that all invoices are complete on time.
Procure and maintain inventory for stationery and pantry needs.
Manage maintenance of office facilities such as printing services.
Ensure adherence to company administrative procedures.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by Managing Director.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Management/Human Resources or its equivalent
Experience in HR administrative related function, Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
Familiar with work pass process
Able to adapt in a fast paced working environment
Good time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
