Job Description
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining the complete IT infrastructure (computer systems, security, networks, etc)
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Troubleshooting and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Provide training internal users
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Network/System/Database or equivalent.
