Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining the complete IT infrastructure (computer systems, security, networks, etc)
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Troubleshooting and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Provide training internal users
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Network/System/Database or equivalent.
