Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Job posting on the most relevant means of channel for the right role
Source for candidates proactively
Create & Maintain database of candidates of all potential candidates
Conducting background & reference check
Administrative work regarding scheduling interview for the management
Administering pre-employment tests
Advise & Prepare salary proposal for salary negotiations
Work with authorities & comply with all relevant laws for all immigration matters for foreign hires
On-Boarding
Prepare all necessary on-boarding process for new employees, including work pass application(if applicable), signing of all necessary documents(letter of appointment, non-disclosure agreement & etc.) and other related task
Create & Maintain physical & digital employee folder
Follow-up timely on all probation date & performance review for necessary review
Introduce new employee to all colleagues
Review, Identify & Propose areas to improve all on-boarding processes

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Organised & meticulous in documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws & regulations.
Proactive, resilient & responsible attitude
