Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales order processing - Sales order/ purchases order/ Delivery order/ invoicing.
- Provide, assist & support sales and administraction in all other matters.
- Assist & support Service & Technical Team such as service schedule.
- Handling import & export matters including prepare customs documents according to freight delivery needs.
- Product inventory control/ Management.
- Handle faxes/ letters/ enquiries internally & externally.
- Other task that assign by the management.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year sales admin coordinator experience.
- Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage.
- A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
- Require to work on alternate Saturday.
- Able to start work immediately.
