Roles & Responsibilities
· Coordination on all architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update Shop Drawings & As-Built submissions
· Review & resolve with consultants on conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues
· Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues
· Carry out work scheduling, cost control, project supervision & documentation to ensure timely and smooth progess of projects
· Ensure quality is achieved & compliance to safety rules and regulations
· Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work
