Job Description
- Support sales, operation and project teams for all subcontracting and purchasing requirements.
- Source, negotiate and procure services, materials and equipment for project sites through effective contractual negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
- Negotiate prices and contractual terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Expedite and monitor delivery & quality of purchased services, materials and equipment.
- Ensure procurement process is complete and executed in compliance to company policies.
- Responsible for the updates of purchasing records in ERP system.
- Assess and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Develop new subcontractors and suppliers.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in subcontracting of M&E services and purchasing/sourcing of materials, equipment and hardware in construction and M&E industry.
- Experience in contractual terms & conditions for subcontracting/purchasing.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- High standard of integrity.
- Team player.
- Experience with MS Office and ERP.
