Responsibilities:
Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing;
Maintain a well organized record of customer database;
Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone;
Liaising with other members of the teams and other technical experts;
Provide sales support for local and overseas customers;
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Ability to use SAP B1 is an advantage.
At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications;
Minimum 2 years of working experience;
Highly responsible, independent and a good team player;
Possess high degree of self discipline and initiative to learn new things;
Proficient in Ms Office is a must (Ms Office & Ms Excel);
Willing to work on half day alternate Saturday;
