Prepare BoQ’s from drawings and 3D renderings
Administer interior contracts and conduct close-out reconciliations’
Requirements
Relevant Degree or Diploma
A highly organized person - meticulous, numerate & able to plan
Confident and able to communicate effectively with sub-contractors, vendors and to manage such relationships
Able to read construction documentation & identify value engineering options
Team player, honest & hardworking with good communication skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
