Role

Drive and facilitate internal and external quality related issues and resolve within specific time line.
Facilitate operation improvement project plan to include cost estimation and yield improvement.
Involved daily manufacturing activities, sustaining troubleshooting on process and quality related issues
Assist manager in execution on department’s new processes, implementation, continuation improvement projects.
Utilise problem solving methodology to identify root cause and put a fix in place to improve the operation process and preventive action.
Assist the manager to identify, diagnose and resolve process related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology.
Involve in publish and presentation of technical reports to internal/ external stakeholder.

Requirements:
Candidate possess min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Precision Engineering) or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 Years of working experience.
Familiar with manufacturing process, precision engineering and quality assurance environment.
High mix low volume work environment
Independent and task prioritization
Project Management skills
8D report, PFMEA & Six sigma knowledge
