Responsibilities
Oversee transport operations to improve productivity of vehicles and develop cost efficient solutions to fulfil the needs of our customer.
Work closely and support controller with daily fleet operations in planning, scheduling and tracking of vehicles via TMS to optimise fleet usages and movements.
Coordinate and communicate with customers, drivers and internal staff to ensure smooth delivery of jobs assigned.
Handle call and written enquiries from customers on their transports needs and operational issues encountered.
Perform service recovery by coming up with effective transport solutions to correct service lapses encountered during daily operations.
Leverage on use of TMS to generate data on transport asset usage for business analysis, planning and profitability analysis.
Promote the use of TMS by onboarding existing customers and new customers onto the platform.
Conduct TMS end-user training or briefing for customers, drivers and internal staff.
Requirements
Diploma in Supply Change Management/ Logistic Management/Business or similar discipline OR
At least Minimum 2 years of working experience in fleet management/ logistic environment using transport management system.
Familiar in end to end supply chains and last mile fulfilment.
Possess a service mind-set and strong interpersonal skills.
Good written and communication skills.
Process driven and a problem solver.
Proactive attitude with an innovative and agile mindset.
Able to use Microsoft Office and Google tools.
5.5 working days work week from Monday to Saturday
