Responsibilities
  • Knowledge in AutoCad & drafting
  • Design Conceptualization & Space Management
  • Strong Discipline in Commercial & Industrial Office Projects
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and 3D studio Max
  • Adaptable to Microsoft environment & proficient in Spreadsheet, Words & Powerpoint
  • Site coordination and supervisory skills will be an added advantage
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in designing private apartments, landed properties/houses in Singapore.
  • Strong in Interior concepts, space planning and details drawings
  • Knowledge of Auto-Cad / Sketch-up & Photoshop
  • Knowledge in selection of colours & materials
  • Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity and initiative
  • A good team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
