About the job Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
To take off measure the quantities from drawings.
To prepare prices at pre-contract stage in order to enable timely submission of an offer.
To coordinate and collate information relevant to preparation of the offer in order to adequately price the works.
To identify risk and exposure related to pricing (e.g. timeline, scoping, etc.) in order to ensure sufficient provision is made in pricing for that risk.
To manage and update the estimation database in order to ensure that information on pricing suppliers and subcontractors are managed for future reference.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
Post contract or mixture of both
Relevant experience in Buildings, Commercial, Mixed development projects
