About the job Site Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Assist in machine moving, crating and uncrating of wooden crates, Loading and unloading of goods.
Assist in the troubleshoot and improve processes when required.
Take care of site safety things and follow in safe work practice.
Coordinating between client and vendor for cargo inspection / witness of uncrating and move-in.
To assist and partnership with Installation Team to carry out mechanical installation job.
Handling daily supporting document, submit to relevant personnel to upload into in-house system.
Coordinating with relevant department / team to complete work smoothly.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma qualification or above is a advantage.
Knowledge of computer literate especially in Microsoft excel, words, etc
Working in various loading side and cleanrooms.
Able to work at outdoor environment.
Able to communicate and coordinate within team members and clients.
Good problem solver and able to work independently.
