JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales order processing - Sales order / Purchase order / Delivery order / Invoicing
Provide, assist & support sales & administration in all other matters
Assist & support Service & technical team such as service schedule
Handling Export & Import matter including prepare customs documents according to freight delivery needs
Product Inventory Control / Management
Handle faxes / letters / enquiries internally and externally
Other task that assign by the management

Requirements:

At least 1 years sales admin coordinator experience
Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage
A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
Require to work on alternate Saturday.
Able to start work Immediately.
