About the job Accounts Executive
Job Description:
Day to day preparation of full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL)
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and statement of accounts
Follow up on collection matters
Maintain & reconcile accounts payable accounts
On time preparation of financial statements and reporting
Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers
Carries out intercompany reconciliation in a timely manner
Updates, maintains and reports on fixed asset listing
Updates and maintains accounts payable file
Assists in maintaining bookkeeping
Prepare and allocation of manpower costs to respective project accounts
Prepares GST reports
Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years experience in accounting functions with full sets of accounts knowledge
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
Prior experience in construction/building industry preferred
Has knowledge on project accounting will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel
Works well under pressure
Good planning and organization skills
