Duties
- Lead, plan and oversee construction projects and term contract maintenance jobs
- Project scheduling
- Project planning
- Manpower scheduling
- Writing method statements
- Progress and completion reporting
- Manage team of supervisors
- Manage and liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and consultants
- Manage and liaise with QP/LEW/LCDW for all necessary permit application
- Monitor and control costs at site
- Support and advise QS in tenders

Preferred Background (Good to have, not compulsory)
- Have led and managed full construction projects.
- Good staff and client management skills.
- Have a understanding in multiple trades (structure, architecture M&E, P&S, etc…)
- Have a general understanding of authority regulations and submission procedures (BCA, URA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, etc…)
- >5 years of experience

Skills and Certifications
- A degree in Engineering recognized by PE Board would be preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project.
- Class 3 driving license will be required
