MANAGEMENT
• Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions;
• Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken;
• Identify and providing trainings for Supervisors and technician team;
• Lead and motivate a team of Supervisor and technicians;
• Responsible for the daily service operations of the company;
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all service job actions and schedules;
• Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities;
• Allocation of Manpower to be deployed under respective service jobs;

SERVICE SALES
• Search for new potential customers and maximizing customer base;
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, through understanding and meeting to the best of their requirements;
• Generating sales quotations through eSOS and/or submission of tender for potential businesses;
• Perform physical visits, cold calling and other communication channels to reach out to potential customers;
• Responsible of maintaining existing customer base, create new customer accounts and business development;
• Achieve sales & profit targets set by the company;
• Ensure immediate response to Customers and have close follow-ups with Customers’ emails, phone call, WhatsApp message, text messaging and faxes;
• To gather all Customers’ feedback to the Management during weekly meeting;

SERVICE OPERATIONS
• Responsible for updates of daily Technician schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load test, visual inspections, etc to eSOS;
• To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;
• To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;
• Ensure timely deliveries, with good quality and correct quantity of parts to the Customers;
• To ensure servicing, maintenance and/or project related electrical jobs are completed within the timeline given to the technicians;
• Ensuring that the tools in tool boxes, tool bags of technicians, stocks in the trucks & etc. are checked on weekly basis;
• Ensure timely billing for service and/or maintenance job completed within 1 working day through eSOS.

STANDARDS
• Ensure the compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design and Welding Standards (QA/QC requirements);
• Involvement as an internal auditor for annual ISO audit;
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;

DOCUMENTATION
• Prepare, submission and filing of service-related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Manpower Appointment, application form for pass clearance and etc;
• Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;
• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent aspect;
• Must be dynamic, innovative, meticulous with positive working attitude, sales-oriented and possess outgoing personality;
• Team player and yet independent;
• With a valid Singapore Class 2 / 3 driving license.
