About the job Quantity Surveyor

Assist in taking off quantities and BQ
Prepare monthly project progress claim
Prepare and verify sub-contractors / suppliers progress claim
Costs control between budget & expenditure
Provide support to Project Manager.
Other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
Job Requirement:
Good inter-personal skills
Ability for MS office, CAD is a must
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent with 2-3 years experience
