Roles & Responsibilities
- Creative candidate who is capable of leading several landscape projects from concept to construction and helps the business to grow by business development.
- A track record of designing and delivering a range of landscape projects internationally.
- Designs and manages landscape architecture projects and teams.
- Develops, modifies and review drawings for landscape architecture projects.
- Demonstrates creative thinking abilities and contributes to firm wide design excellence and problem solving.
- Demonstrates understanding of the relationship between design and constructability.
- Incorporates integrated sustainable design solutions into projects.
- Participates in managing client relationships and representing Company Brand when meeting with clients and other consultants.
- Understands company agreements, contracts and deliverables, and assures that company standards for project management are met.
- Participates in professional organizations and events for the promotion of the firm and its services, sometimes outside of normal business hours.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader but not limited to the above.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture;
- Have more than 5 years’ experience with proficiency in design;
- Excellent graphics, strong design and effective communication skills are essential;
- Hotel, Resort, large scale Residential & Mixed-Use Development Design experience;
- Possess Software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Lumion and MS Office;
- Experience in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage;
- Are responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Are willing to travel
