Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend tender site showrounds and interviews.
Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation for tender submission
Responsible in evaluating tenders, cost, manage contracts and advise on contractual matter.
Obtain quotations, make comparison, and negotiation for award of subcons/suppliers.
Prepare subcons/suppliers subcontract agreement.
Evaluate and certify subcons/suppliers payment.
Prepare on site evaluation for submit variation and Progress claims
Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spread sheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, finalization of accounts
Update claim submissions, finalization of accounts
Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, suppliers / materials on site and claim.
Attend meetings/ site meetings
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Project budgeting and costing reports.
Good team player, proactive and work independently under minimal supervision.
Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors and supplier. - Coordinate with technical team/drafter to furnish the shop drawings required for submission and approval.
Good knowledge in building construction works, Conditions of Contract, Forms of Contract, construction laws and requirements.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to meet tight deadlines.
Assist in maintaining proper documentation for the Company's ISO system
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Contracts Manager
