Responsibilities:
Lead the safety coordinators and oversee the safety operations in all projects to ensure projects are carried out in accordance to safety policies.
Formulate, maintain and implement company policies and procedures in accordance to the Safety and Health Regulations and Standards by the relevant authorities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and assess hazards and risk arising from the workplace or work processes and develop risk assessments for new and existing projects.
Liaise with relevant parties and perform accident/incident investigations, provide recommendations for prevention of accident/incident and submission of reports to the relevant authorities and clients.
Plan and implement EHS plans, trainings, meetings and promotional programmes to promote safety awareness in the workplace.
Chair the WSH committee and lead the company’s OHSAS certifications and documentations.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ field experience as WSHO with Building Construction project experience.
Be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager.
Having Manage Work At Height, Internal Auditor for OHSAS, ISO 45001:2018 certifications a plus.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation, and MS Office skills.
Candidates must be willing to travel within Singapore.
