About the job IT Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Specialize in IT related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading and maintenance
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Windows, MS Server, MacOS and related Hardware etc.
- Good knowledge in Networking, Printer, Domain, AD Server management
- Able to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems
- Keep a good record of company’s IT assets
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Tasks-oriented with good service attitude.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and user support experience.
- Quick learner and hands-on with new IT systems and applications implementations.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
