Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
Issuing invoices and credit notes.
Follow up on customers overdue accounts.
Verifying and processing supplier invoices and petty cash claim.
Prepare payment via various modes.
Prepare monthly payment schedules.
Maintain daily cash/bank book.
Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliation.
Assist in monthly management account closing.
Answering phone calls from customers/suppliers.
Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting /Finance or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
5 days work week
