Responsibilities:

Source, select and manage vendor to attain the desired performance level in terms of cost, quality, delivery and support services.
Issue Purchase Orders and generate reports.
Maximize cost savings and ensure cost competitiveness.
Build and maintain good relationship with current and new suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers on orders and delivery schedules.
Perform general administrative duties.

Requirements:
GCE O Level / Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, or equivalent.
Preferably non-executive specialized in purchasing/inventory/ material warehouse management or equivalent in interior construction (for local and overseas activities).
Good team player, with high initiative and good execution skills.
Excellent, written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (excel) and basic computer skills.
